APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support the central project evaluations for the projects "Promotion of Women's Economic Empowerment in Eastern Sudan" (WEE) and "Structural strengthening of employment promotion and vocational training and apprenticeship" (SEPVA) in Sudan.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support "Bridges of Trust" in the areas of monitoring, process optimisation and cooperation between partners. "Bridges of Trust" is an initiative of the multi-donor action of the EU and its member states Germany, Poland, Denmark and Slovenia to support Ukraine on its way to strengthening local self-government (U-Lead).

APPLICATIO has further been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to conduct online trainings on GIZ's own IT solution "OnSITE Operations" in 2025 to support GIZ staff and expert teams in using the digital application for project management worldwide. Within the scope of the contract APPLICATIO and its team of experts will provide online trainings in German, English, French and Spanish.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)) with the appraisal and planning of a project in Rwanda. Together with experts from sequa and the project partner from Germany, a PartnerAfrica project in Rwanda is being planned  and the possible objectives defined together with the partners in Rwanda.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and implementation of a training course on CapacityWORKS for the project „Participation, Accountability and Integrity for a Resilient Democracy (PAIReD)“

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and moderation of a team and strategy workshop for the conference management group. The objectives of the workshop are to create clear areas of responsibility and divisions, to jointly develop new processes and methods for daily challenges and to develop a clear understanding of the fields of activity and a common vision as a team

APPLICATIO has – the first time ever - been contracted by the Global Crop Diversity Trust (Crop Trust) to conduct a workshop on „communication and delegation“ during an inception workshop with partners. The workshop aims at fostering collaboration among project partners and to inform them about the tools and expectations regarding reports preparation and use of funds. The workshop will be implemented in Nairobi, Kenia in Augst 2024.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and its Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) to conduct a training course on CapacityWORKS ("Cooperation in complex environments - Management adapted to the specific context with Capacity WORKS - Steering Competence"). APPLICATIO will conduct the training in Accra in August 2024.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the onboarding of the new team of trainers for internal leadership trainings at GIZ. In the course of numerous online sessions, APPLICATIO will introduce the team to the training, the concept, the processes and the tools used.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to conduct online training courses worldwide on the topic of "Low-threshold access to the GIZ whistleblower/stop-it complaints system". From 2024 to presumably 2027, APPLICATIO will conduct corresponding online trainings worldwide.
