Your challenge

You and/or your team are interested in or already involved in planning and implementing development cooperation projects. Be it that you want to apply for funding from agencies and donors or that you are already implementing a project: You will quickly realise that you and your team need project management skills that are different in development cooperation from other areas. SDG-based frameworks use different wording, different concepts and strategies, different ways of involving partners and, above all, different tools and instruments!

Regardless of how experienced you are in project management, there is a lot to understand, learn and even more to practise when running projects that are often publicly funded.

Our Solution for you

Based on our more than 30 years of experience in planning, managing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development co-operation projects, we offer a series of webinars on practical, team-oriented and applicable tools and techniques to strengthen your skills.

The webinars are short, customised "competence blocks" (and therefore much more practical than mere „knowledge nuggets“) aimed at equipping you with the tools and skills you need for development cooperation projects.

In an intensive, interactive 8 hours, you will be able to apply new tools and skills to the most pressing issues that are paramount to your team performance and project success!

Your advantages

Time and resources are limited, you don't need hours of presentations and pure theory. Only register for the webinar that is relevant to the problem that you and your team need to solve.

  • Bring your project, your challenge and your needs and we will work with you on your examples
  • You will get to know tools that you can use immediately and not just pure theory
  • You will receive coaching in the application of the new skills and tools following the webinars,
  • You will receive a certificate with which you can prove that you are able to create added value for the project,
  • Combine webinars according to your needs to learn more... and more.

Our Offer

All webinars have in common and include:

  • Two three-hour webinar sessions online as group training with 8 to a maximum of 12 participants
  • A break between the two sessions (usually one day) during which you can practise, discuss with your team and deepen your knowledge,
  • Two one-hour follow-up sessions to answer your questions from daily practice
  • A moderated online forum with our experts and your colleagues/team afterwards (for at least one month),
  • PDF material for practical application after the webinar.
