Hamburg, November 2019: APPLICATIO has been a member of the "Success Factor Family" network for many years and has submitted to its guidelines. On 11.11.2019 APPLICATIO has now also received the participation seal of the "Progress Index Compatibility" from the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs!  It confirms that APPLICATIO attaches great importance to the compatibility of family and career and encourages the further development of offers for our employees.

Hamburg, June 2017 On June 6, 2017, APPLICATIO joined the network"Success-Factor Family" and supports the initiative of the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs and the leading associations of the German economy (BDA, DIHK, ZDH) and the DGB. As member of the company network "Success-Factor Family" APPLICATIO reaffirms its commitment to a better reconciliation of work and family in Germany. With the signing of the joint declaration, APPLICATIO underlines that a family-conscious corporate management is not only an expression of the social responsibility of companies and institutions, but also a decisive contribution to their operational success.

Youth Soccer in Mongolia Jugendfussball Mongolei - The Support Continues

Hamburg, February 2017 For many years APPLICATIO has already been sponsoring and supporting youth soccer in Mongolia, especially the Club UB-United that supports mainly young players form disadvantaged families. Only since weeks, the Club is now member of the Mongolian Football Federation and all teams compete in official leagues! A good reason to come up with new dresses.

APPLICATIO supports Book Challenge in Mongolia

Hamburg, March 2015. APPLICATIO supports the initiative "Book Challenge" in Mongolia. In the frame of the initiative books are collected to support learning and development of the youth in the Uvs Province (in the North-West) of Mongolia. Each participant is challenged to donate books - new or second hand - and at the same time challenge two other individuals or organisations to participate as well and donate and challenge the next two.

APPLICATIO web-site is climate neutral!

Hamburg, October 2014. As of November 1, 2014 the web-site of APPLICATIO Training & Management GmbH is climate neutral. APPLICATIO entered into a partnership with CO2neutralwebsite.com, an initiative that describes itself as a global climate project. More than 2500 companies from all over the world have joint the initiative so far.

With this new approach APPLICATIO adheres to its responsibility for our environment - and further supports - already for years APPLICATIO is neutralising international flights of its staff via atmosfair - protection of natural resources in order to ensure sustainable living conditions in our one world.

APPLICATIO is engaged in numerous climate projects e.g. in the field of REDD+ or transboundary water management and thus feels that joining such an initiative is only a logic consequence!

Hamburg/August 2014 - APPLICATIO publishes it Code-of-Conduct and its Environmental Policy. These have been developed to draw attention to the immense responsibility of consulting enterprises in development co-operation and every individual for sustainable development and environmentalprotection.
