APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support its projects in Rwanda with regard to the use of CapacityWORKS (the management toolkit for German development cooperation projects). In total, APPLICATIO will train around 60 GIZ-staff members in the use of the tools and support them in their practical application.
APPLICATIO will support four GIZ project clusters in Rwanda as part of the assignment and
- conduct a needs assessment with the respective project managers
- Co-create Capacity WORKS tools for each individual project
- Conduct three Capacity WORKS training workshops
