APPLICATIO was contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to plan and implement a short appraisal and to prepare a short statement for the BMZ for a new project in the vocational training sector in Jordan. Within the scope of the short appraisal, the statement to the financing ministry will be prepared, which will serve as a basis for the further planning of the project.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Fachverband Biogas e.V. to conduct a virtual planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership project (financed by BMZ via sequa). As a hybrid event with all partners of the project, the planning workshop will result in both a detailed annual plan and a three-year plan. 

APPLICATIO has been selected by the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" as a member for different pools for central project evaluations and will support central, external evaluations of GIZ projects for 24 months. APPLICATIO has been commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with an interim evaluation within the framework of the project "Partners for Review" (P4R). In the context of partner surveys it will be evaluated to what extent the discussions and learning exchange in the "Partners for Review Network" has improved the quality of the national SDG processes.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop an e-Leanirng course on "Measuring Employment Effects and the Use of M&E Results in Project Management and Planning". The course is aimed both at the monitoring and evaluation staff of GIZ projects whose interventions generate employment effects and at the planning officers within the FMB who plan and advise such projects.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the sector project "Social Security" and the global project "Innovation and Learning in Social Security". From 2020 to 2023 APPLICATIO - with the support of various moderators - will support the projects by moderating internal and external, virtual and face-to-face events and will prepare, moderate and follow-up these events 

APPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to plan and implement a virtual project planning workshop. Within the framework of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project (KVP WB 6) in the Western Balkans (six countries) APPLICATIO will moderate an annual review and planning workshop for the year 2021 and bring all project partners together virtually on two days. 

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support GIZ internal human resource development in Ethiopia. Within the framework of the "Big Pricture Development Cooperation" initiative APPLICATIO will plan and execute training courses for GIZ employees in the field of development cooperation over three years.    

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the project "Social Services for Vulnerable Groups" to support the project until the end of February 2021 by providing training on "CapacityWORKS" and in the field of project planning (operational planning) as well as monitoring and evaluation (M&E).  

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to provide online trainings on IT solutions of GIZ until the end of 2021 and thus support the expert teams of GIZ in using digital tools for project planning and implementation worldwide. Within the scope of the contract APPLICATIO will provide about 70 online trainings in German, English, French, and Spanish for about 70 project teams.
