APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the project "Support of the ECOWAS Commission in Organisational Development". APPLICATIO will support GIZ and the project in setting up an impact-oriented monitoring system and furthermore advise the project in planning, reporting and compliance with internal quality standards..
The programme “Support to the ECOWAS Commission on Organisational Development” (GIZ ECOWAS OD) aims to strengthen institutional capacities at the ECOWAS Commission, with a focus on organizational development for increased impact orientation in the areas of strategy, management and organizational culture. The overall objective of the project reads: “The effectiveness of the ECOWAS Commission’s contribution to the implementation of regional and continental strategies in multi-stakeholder cooperation has increased”.
