Analysis of NTB in CEFTA

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the "Development of a Digital tool to Collect and Analyse Information on Non-tariff Barriers in the CEFTA region". The tool will consist of an online survey and be able to collect information from companies in the CEFTA Region regarding the Non-tariff barriers hindering them from doing business in the region and allow for analysis of such barriers to plan for mitigation action.
Planning Workshop Kenya

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Frankfurt-Rhein-Main to conduct a planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership with partners in Kenya. Together with the experts of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and the participating partner institutions in Nairobi APPLICATIO will plan the activities for the next three years in detail and coordinate them with the project objectives.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) gGmbH to conduct a planning workshop for a vocational training partnership project (BBP) with partners in South Africa. Together with the experts of bbw and the participating vocational training institutions on site in Johannesburg and Pretoria APPLICATIO will plan the activities for the next three years in detail and streamline them with the project objectives.
Expert-Pool Project Planning GIZ

e-Learning "Future of IT-enabled Services"

SEQUA Evaluation Partnership Kenia

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa (www.sequa.de) to evaluate and possibly plan a second phase for a vocational training partnership in Kenya. The Chamber of Skilled Crafts Hanover cooperates with Kenyan educational and business institutions in rural Kenya within the framework of a vocational training partnership (BBP) with the support of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
SEQUA Project Evaluation Balkan

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project "West Balkan 6" (WB6). The partnership project brings together the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) IHK and chambers from the six Balkan states Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia. The aim of the project is, on the one hand, to strengthen the organisational capacities of the partner chambers and to promote their dialogue with politics in order to create better economic framework conditions. Another focus is to better organise the cooperation of the local chambers of commerce and to promote the regional umbrella organisation of the chambers, the "Chamber Investment Forum".
