PLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to provide international content advisory for the development of a "Softskill Booster Training" for VET graduates and job seekers in Ukraine.
The project supports the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery by ensuring that training content - developed locally -is fully aligned with European benchmarks for transversal skills.
APPLICATIO will review international frameworks, define learning outcomes, develop a quality assurance checklist, and ensure high-quality materials for both online and offline modules tailored to four priority sectors:
- agriculture,
- services,
- construction, and
- transport/logistics.
The assignment also includes developing guidance on integrating transversal skills into regular VET programmes to strengthen long‑term employability and contribute to Ukraine’s economic recovery.
