Being one of the first partners of APPLICATIO, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Mongolia takes advantage of APPLICATIO's offers in Soft-Skills Trainings for project staff. APPLICATIO will train app. 20 project experts from several different projects based on a training needs analysis conducted.
Soft-Skills play a major role for project staff and project experts in implementing their tasks, especially in an international and intercultural setting. The offer of APPLICATIO covers all steps, starting with a training-needs analysis, development of training programmes and their implementation as well as follow-up support to participants. For GIZ in Mongolia, APPLICATIO will:
- conduct a training needs analysis
- develop a tailor made training programme
- implement the training over several weeks
