Being contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) APPLICATIO will - in close cooperation with other eLearning experts - assist Palama (Public Administration Leadership and Management Academy) of South Africa also in 2012 in developing eLearning offers for all its courses.
The project aims at assisting the "Public Administration Leadership and Management Academy" in South Africa in developing eLearning systems, action plans and in offering all its courses as eLearnings. The project includes:

- eCoaching
- Policy development
- Development of first courses
- Tutor training
