APPLICATIO has been commissioned by DVV International, the Institute of the German Adult Education Association e.V. (DVV) to plan and implement a training on "Logical Framework" and "Theory of Change" and will advise, train and support numerous specialists from Tajikistan in a series of webinars - supported by online coaching - in August/September. The training takes place within the framework of the project "Promoting Access to Social, Economic and Cultural Rights for Prisoners and Former Prisoners in Tajikistan". The project "Promoting Access to Social, Economic and Cultural Rights for Prisoners and Former Prisoners in Tajikistan" is implemented by the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) together with two local partner NGOs - "Bureau on Human Rights and Rule of Law" and "Jahon". The project is funded by the European Commission (75%) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (25%).
