APPLICATIO has been accepted by the Johanniter International Assistance (Johanniter Auslandshilfe) of the Johanniter-Unfallhilfe e.V. into the pool of consultants for aid projects abroad and will thus advise and accompany the Johanniter in in the future in feasibility studies, evaluations, application development and monitoring.
Humanitarian aid abroad is an important task of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe, which is implemented by the Johanniter International Assistance department. In 2021, more than 338 full-time employees worked worldwide and in Berlin. The support of Johanniter International Assistance is directed at all people, regardless of political interests - regardless of religion, nationality or culture.
In Germany, Auslandshilfe is a member of the Association for Development Policy and Humanitarian Aid of German Non-Governmental Organizations (VENRO). At the European level, it participates in VOICE, the European humanitarian umbrella organization. It is also a member of ICVA, a global network of non-governmental organisations in humanitarian aid. For many years, Johanniter has been a member of the Humanitarian Aid Coordination Committee of the German Foreign Office.
