Youth Soccer Mongolia - Silver in Shanghai
Hamburg, July 2018 / APPLICATIO has been supporting youth soccer in Mongolia for years, especially the club UB-United. From 31 May to 4 June 2018, ten handicapped young people of UB-United participated in a tournament in Shanghai (China), which was organized by the East Asian Paralympic Committee and also serves as qualification for the Sepcail Olympics in 2019. At the end of the tournament, after a narrow defeat in the final against a team from China, the team received the silver medal! For nine of the ten participating young people, it was not only their first trip abroad, but also their first train trip of their lives.
Since 2017, the club, which looks after children from disadvantaged families and offers much more than just football, has been a member of the Mongolian Football Federation. APPLICATIO does not only support the teams of the association financially, but visits the association and the young people regularly.
