APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a study on "Models and Options for Financing and Governance of the Platform Partnerships2030" in the frame of the project "Platform for Multi-Stakeholder-Partnerships (MSP)".

APPLICATIO has been contracted by EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in the frame of a framework contract to plan and implement trainings for local consultants of the "EBRD Small Business Support Services (SBS)". By doing so, APPLICATIO supports the implementation of SBS of EBRD by supporting local consulting businesses.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support a workshop - in the frame of a larger conference - for GIZ Community Managers. GIZ experts, who participant in the conference on bio-diversity, forest, climate and environmental policies that are especially active in the expert communities of GIZ are to develop new strategies and concepts for the communities that more and more also work virtually.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the Academy for Internationale Cooperation of GIZ (AIZ) in developing a business plan for the AIZ Training-Hub in Bangkok (Thailand).

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to plan and implement training measures for national staff of GIZ and national GIZ experts in Afghanistan. Before the background that GIZ will slowly but surely reduce the number of international and German experts in Afghanistan, the competencies of national staff and experts shall be increased. The training programme will start with a first workshop on "Creative and proactive approaches to problem solving and decision-making".

APPLICATIO has - in the frame of the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme between DIHK and Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) - been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a training programme for experts of MNCCI on Value Chain Development. APPLICATIO will be planning and implementing a one-week workshop and additional online coaching in October 2016.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to conduct two programme/project evaluations. The projects will be evaluated against the OECD-DAC Criteria and CapacityWORKS-Success Factors and in one case include the planning of a next project phase.

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) with the assessment and planning of two projects in Africa. Together with experts from sequa and the respective project partners, a vocational training partnership project in Namibia and a chamber and association partnership project in East Africa (regional) will be examined and planned.
