APPLICATIO has been contracted by The Chamber of Crafts Frankfurt Rhein-Main (HWK) on behalf of sequa gGmbH and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)  to plan and facilitate a planning workshop (operational planning) for a vocational training partnership programme in Zambia. Jointly with sequa experts and experts from the Chamber of Crafts APPLICATIO facilitates bilateral partner meetings as well as a planning workshop with all stakeholders in the North of Namibia to jointly develop the operational plan for the project in Namibia. (Logo: (c) sequa)

Jointly with One World Consultants APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ to plan and implement a one-week training-of-trainers programme for participants from India. The learning journey is implemented in the frame of the GIZ programme “Strengthening Management Capacities for International Cooperation”.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ to support the University of Namibia (UNAM) or more precisely the "Centre for eLearning and Interactive Multimedia (CeLIM)" in its further development towards a leading department for technology enhanced learning. The Centre thus far offers e-learning courses, audio-visual classrooms, video-conferences as well as a multimedia studio and is now on its way to develop an implementation strategy for the coming three to five years.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ in China to plan and implement a workshop on Project Management (focus on tendering and development of offers) for the "The Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI)" in Beijing. The participants of the GTI Secretariat originate from China, Mongolia, Russia and Korea and will be enabled to make best use of tools and skill for the development of terms of reference and develop offers and applications for project.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by two GIZ Programmes (in the frame of E-Learning and Sustainable Development Goals), to assist in the development and setup of impact-oriented monitoring systems. APPLICATIO supports the programme by moderating planning meetings, drafting systems and tools and setting up the system based on GIZ-instruments.
