APPLICATIO supports  GIZ und the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relation (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft) in the frame of the Zoran-Djindjic-Internship Programme in setting up an Alumni Network in the Balkan Region. Alumni will be supported in setting up a network and to offer services internally and externally and to successfully and sustainably support each other.

APPLICATIO assist the programme "Development of integrated MRV systems for REDD+ in the SADC region" of GIZ by assisting in the establishment of a Training Centre for REDD+ in the SADC. The project promotes the development of REDD+ MRV competences in the SADC region, and encourages regional cooperation and exchange between the SADC member states. As such, it contributes to the implementation of the regional SADC REDD Programme 2012-2015.

APPLICATIO assist the programme "Support for Serbia in its EU accession negotiations" of GIZ by developing an evaluation system for training measures of the "Serbia European Integration Office (SEIO)". The project advises the Serbian Government on the EU accession negotiation process. It supports the development of the negotiation architecture and of the strategies and concepts for formulating negotiating positions, as well as the handling of the negotiations themselves. The main focus is on the negotiation chapters dealing with the financial, business and agricultural sectors, as well as the regional development of Serbia. These sectors correspond to 15 of the 35 chapters of the Acquis Communautaire.

APPLICATIO supports the programme "Private Sector Development South Caucasus" of GIZ by planning and implementing a stakeholder analysis of the tourism training sector in Georgia. The analysis aims at analysing offers, mandates and cooperation amongst the stakeholders in the training sector. Results will be discussed and presented during a stakeholder conference in the frame of the programme. 

APPLICATIO supports the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in conceptualising, planning and implementing a study tour for 12 high ranking officials form the National School of Government of the Republic of South Africa. The Study Tour aims at showing and identifying possibilities to make use of E-Learning in training as well as selecting best-practices for the development of an integrated training management system (ITMS). The NSG is challenged with having to train about 30.000 civil servants in the whole of South Africa per year.

APPLICATIO supports the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the conceptualization and planning of a Leadership Journey for the water sector in Egypt in the frame of the programme "Improved agricultural water productivity to enhance adaptation to climate change". The concept aims at developing leadership competencies amongst project stakeholders and in enabling and support change agents to implement change projects in the sector.
