Curriculum GlobALE Institutionalization in Tajikistan

dvv.pngAPPLICATIO has been commissioned by DVV International, the Institute of the German Adult Education Association (DVV), with the analysis of the degree and measures for the institutionalisation of the Curriculum GlobALE and the development of corresponding proposals for future measures and activities. The Curriculum GlobALE is a cross-cultural core curriculum for the training of adult educators worldwide. 

The DVV represents the interests of the approximately 900 Adult Education Centres and their regional associations, the largest providers of continuing education in Germany. As the leading professional organisation in the field of adult education (ALE) and development cooperation, DVV International has been committed to promoting lifelong learning for more than 50 years. DVV International supports the establishment and expansion of sustainable youth and adult education structures worldwide.

The Curriculum globALE (CG) is a cross-cultural core curriculum for the training of adult educators worldwide. It was developed jointly by the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE) and DVV International, the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association. In five modules, it describes the relevant competences necessary for successful course management and provides guidance for practical implementation.
