APPLICATIO is now offering project coaching for development cooperation projects. After commissioning a flexible coaching package, all project staff can book individual or group coaching on methods, instruments and tools and take part in systemic coaching sessions. This gives all project staff the opportunity to use new methods, question their own planning and implementation and use new tools successfully. Confidential, agile, flexible and adapted to actual needs.
Coaching is provided by experienced development cooperation experts, each with at least 20 years of experience in development projects, extensive country experience and certification for various project management methods. Teams book the coaching individually online and define their questions. In the one-hour online coaching sessions, they are individually advised and challenged by the experts, receive new insights, an outside perspective and training on tools that will help them in practice. The main topics include project planning, impact and monitoring, project management, change management, project communication and stakeholder management.
