e-Learning Course "Employment Effects"
APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop an e-Leanirng course on "Measuring Employment Effects and the Use of M&E Results in Project Management and Planning". The course is aimed both at the monitoring and evaluation staff of GIZ projects whose interventions generate employment effects and at the planning officers within the FMB who plan and advise such projects.
Planning Workshop Balkan
APPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to plan and implement a virtual project planning workshop. Within the framework of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project (KVP WB 6) in the Western Balkans (six countries) APPLICATIO will moderate an annual review and planning workshop for the year 2021 and bring all project partners together virtually on two days.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) with the assessment and planning of a Chamber and Association Partnership Project (KVP) between the German Asia-Pacific Business Association e.V. Webinars WB6 (DIHK/SEQUA)
APPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to conduct webinars for the Chamber and Association Partnership Project (financed by the BMZ via SEQUA) of DIHK with Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Balkan region to improve the cooperation of the partner chambers in the field of joint economic research.
Biogas-Project Planning Uganda
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) with the assessment and planning of an Association Partnership Project (KVP) between the German Biogas Association (Fachverband Biogas e.V.) and local partners from Uganda. In the course of the project assessment and planning, potential partners in Uganda will be identified together with the German partner, their needs will be assessed and a project approach will be developed jointly (Logo: (c) Fachverbadn Biogas e.V.)
Project Cycle Management Course for GIZ
APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutschen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to conduct three training courses on "Project Cycle Management" in Tunisia for the project "Support of Municipalities in Libya". The courses are intended to provide participants - civil servants from municipalities and ministries as well as selected national technical staff of the GIZ from Libya - with the necessary knowledge and skills in project management to work as municipal consultants.
