kvp_WB6.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project "West Balkan 6" (WB6). The partnership project brings together the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) IHK and chambers from the six Balkan states Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia. The aim of the project is, on the one hand, to strengthen the organisational capacities of the partner chambers and to promote their dialogue with politics in order to create better economic framework conditions. Another focus is to better organise the cooperation of the local chambers of commerce and to promote the regional umbrella organisation of the chambers, the "Chamber Investment Forum".

AFlag_of_Moldova.pngPPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (funded by BMZ) to develop and pilot an e-learning course on "Data Use in the Policy-Making Process" for Moldova. The course will focus on the 2030 Agenda and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) The course will be used as part of the project "Supporting the Moldovan Government in the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda". 

LogoAPPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the second phase of the special project "German-Turkish Partnership for Vocational Qualification" (TAMEB). sequa is a beneficiary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project supports Turkey in alleviating the consequences of the refugee crisis. In the second phase, activities will be carried out in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.

bsc4dev.jpgAPPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) gGmbH to support the organisational development process of the programme "Business Scouts for Development". Within the scope of the contract APPLICATIO will support the GIZ in steering and processual monitoring of the OE process, advise and coach executives, offer consultations on strategic planning or facilitate various workshops and team-building events. sequa gGmbH - Partner der deutschen WirtschaftAPPLICATIO has been commissioned by SEQUA respectively its project partners with the planning and implementation of two project planning workshops within the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme. Within the scope of two virtual planning workshops APPLICATIO will plan and coordinate the activities of the partnership projects for three years together with SEQUA, the German and the local project partners. This applies on the one hand to the association partnership between the OAV and the Yarlpanam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sri Lanka and on the other hand to the association partnership between the Fachverband Biogas e.V. in Germany and the Uganda National Biogas Alliance (UNBA) in Uganda.

sequa gGmbH - Partner der deutschen WirtschaftAPPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA for the planning and implementation of two project appraisal missions within the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme. Within the scope of two virtual appraisal missions possible partnerships between the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa) based in Zambia on the one hand and on the other hand a partnership between Fachverband Biogas e.V. and the Biogas Association in Serbia shall be examined and planned.

kvp_WB6.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to plan and implement a virtual project planning workshop. Within the framework of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project (KVP WB 6) in the Western Balkans (six countries) APPLICATIO will moderate an annual review and planning workshop for the year 2021 and bring all project partners together virtually on two days.
