APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to conduct two programme/project evaluations. The projects will be evaluated against the OECD-DAC Criteria and CapacityWORKS-Success Factors and in one case include the planning of a next project phase.
According to internal regulations of GIZ APPLICATIO will conduct the evaluations teaming-up with other internal and external evaluators. APPLICATIO will look into project effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact and will develop related recommendations for future.
