Public Sector Reform Serbia

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop job descriptions for the public sector in Serbia. As part of the project, APPLICTAIO will develop job descriptions for all defined "job families" for the entire administration.
Training-of-Trainers GIZ

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and implementation of virtual training measures for GIZ internal specialists. The webinars are designed to provide the specialists with skills related to the planning and implementation of virtual trainings and to support them in the development of virtual trainings.
Projekt Planning and M&E-Support

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Internationaler Bund (IB) with the planning and implementation of a detailed planning workshop for the new partnership project ProWOOD+ in Rwanda. In addition to the operational planning of the three-year project (financed by the BMZ via sequa), APPLICATOIO will also advise the project in the area of monitoring and the development of corresponding systems.
Crop Trust Workshop Bonn

APPLICATIO was once again commissioned by the Global Crop Diversity Trust (Crop Trust) to conduct a workshop on "Communication and Intercultural Communication" as part of an inception workshop for employees of the Crop Trust partners. The aim of the workshop is to promote co-operation and communication between the diverse employees. The workshop will take place in Bonn in February.
Evaluation Biomass Namibia

APPLICATIO was commissioned by SEQUA gGmbH with the planning and implementation of a project progress review (evaluation) of a chamber and association partnership (KVP) between the Bundesverband Bioenergie e.V. (BBE) and the Namibia Biomass Industry Group (N-BiG). In May, the evaluation and planning of a possible follow-up phase will be carried out on site in Namibia.
Support InfoDesk Ukraine

AAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support the InfoDesk Ukraine of the Agency for Economy & Development (Agentur für Wirtschaft & Entwicklung (AWE)) by researching new tenders of Internationale Financial Organisations (IFI) to be published on the InfoDesk web-portal. The support also includes contacting the IFI to obtain and publish more detailed information for potential bidders.
CapacityWORKS Trainings 2025

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to plan and implement further training courses on CapacityWORKS. The commission initially comprises two training courses in 2025, namely one for GIZ experts in Bonn and a virtual training course for the consulting industry.
CD-Strategy "Food-Systems"

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support the development of capacity development strategies for the global project "Transformation of Food Systems (GV TES)" and will now develop an overarching strategy and sub-strategies for Zambia, Malawi, India and two network partnerships.
Facilitating Central Project Evaluations Sudan

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support the central project evaluations for the projects "Promotion of Women's Economic Empowerment in Eastern Sudan" (WEE) and "Structural strengthening of employment promotion and vocational training and apprenticeship" (SEPVA) in Sudan.
Supporting Bridges of Trust

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support "Bridges of Trust" in the areas of monitoring, process optimisation and cooperation between partners. "Bridges of Trust" is an initiative of the multi-donor action of the EU and its member states Germany, Poland, Denmark and Slovenia to support Ukraine on its way to strengthening local self-government (U-Lead).
