Institution Building and Human Resource Development for E-Learning Print

Target of the project "Institution Building and Human Resource Development for E-Learning" will be to educate organisations in Central Asia to build own resources in "Open and Distance Learning" and E-Learning in particular. In connection with the 2009 project a pilot-project was conducted in 2007, followed by a second round with institutions in Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic in 2008. In Uzbekistan a Fact-finding mission as well as a strategic workshop was done.

 

The 2009 project is subdivided into the following phases:

  1. Overall project management , incl. organisation, management, execution and evaluation of the star workshops and closing workshops as well as project reporting.
  2. Organisation, management, conduction and evaluation of all further education around E-Learning by means of the Global Campus 21, the exisiting E-Learning courses as well as with support of the exiting work spaces from 2007 and 2008 respectively; of particular use will be the Central Asia E-Learning portal. Reporting will close up this project phase.
  3. Further development of the Central Asia portal concept and strengthening of the networking cooperations between project partners, with use of the GC21.
  4. Coaching around E-Learning (Strategy & Policy) for project partners via the Global Campus 21, includingproject reportings.
