APPLICATIO was certified as a Fair Company by "Junge Karriere" magazine. This certification is given to companies respecting ethical standards in their work and those who that give alumni/young employees a chance.

The five Fair Company rules are followed by APPLICATIO:

• We do not subsitute full-time employee positions through interns or trainees.
• Graduates who applied for a full-time position do not get an internship position as an excuse.
  
• We do not recruit interns or trainees with the vague ooption to later get a full-time position
• We offer internships mainly for a professional orientation during an educational phase
  
• and pay interns and trainees an adequate salary.
